The outstanding original three stars of the great hit musical Jersey Boys are countersuing the show's creators in an effort to carry on their touring concert, titled The Boys in Concert. In March the Jersey Boys playwrights, Marshall Brickman, Rick Elice Frankie Valli and Bob Gaudio of the Four Seasons, the 1960s group on which the musical is based, sued the four singers, saying they were performing a copycat show.
